If you're considering In-Person Appointment Support, the first step is a 20 minute Zoom connection call so we can make sure this service is the right fit.
Think of this as a quick meet-and-greet before we walk into your fertility appointment together.
During this call we will briefly review your situation, talk about the upcoming appointment, and confirm whether I am available to attend with you.
I truly cannot wait to meet you and learn more about your journey.
What to expect
Step 1 — Fill out the short questionnaire below.
Tell me a little about your fertility journey and the appointment you have coming up.
Step 2 — Choose a time for our Zoom connection call
You will be taken to my calendar to book a 20-minute Zoom call.
Step 3 — Complete the $50 connection call fee
To confirm your booking, you will complete the $50 payment at checkout.
The $50 connection call ensures we are the right fit. If you move forward with In-Person Appointment Support, this fee will be credited toward your service (the remaining balance will be $200).
This call also allows us to make sure the timing and clinic location are workable before you commit to the full service.
During the connection call
In our Zoom conversation we will:
• Review your fertility history briefly
• Talk about the appointment you have coming up
• Confirm my availability to attend
• Answer any immediate questions you may have
If we decide to move forward
After our call, I will send you:
• A payment link for the remaining balance for In-Person Appointment Support
• A service agreement via DocuSign
Once those are completed, your appointment support will be fully confirmed.
